Each brand's warranty is unique and follows the manufacturer’s original terms. Below, you will find an overview of our warranty policy and what it covers.
Manufacturer’s Warranty Overview
We provide a manufacturer’s warranty for all our products, which protects you against manufacturing defects. Please note that warranty terms vary by brand, and each product is covered according to the specific manufacturer’s warranty policy.
Warranty Registration
Your warranty is automatically registered when the product is purchased through our online store and is valid only for the original purchaser.
- Transferability: Some warranties may be transferable to a new owner. To transfer a warranty, the original purchaser’s name and order number must be provided, and the warranty period must not have expired.
What’s Covered?
Each manufacturer provides specific coverage for various components of their products, but generally, the following are covered:
- Frame: Most frames are covered for defects in materials or workmanship.
- Batteries: Coverage varies; typically, batteries are covered for defects for up to 1 year. Some manufacturers offer a prorated warranty.
- Components: Original parts and components, such as the motor, controller, and display, may be covered for defects for a specific period, often up to 1 year.
Note: Coverage for each part depends on the manufacturer and product model.
Wear and Tear Items (Not Covered)
Please note that common wear and tear items are not covered under warranty. These may include, but are not limited to:
- Tires
- Brake pads
- Bearings
- Cables and casings
- Pedals
- Handlebar grips
- Chains and sprockets
- Other rubber moving parts
Exclusions
Warranties do not cover the following situations:
- Damage caused by accidents, abuse, or misuse
- Corrosion or cosmetic damage (e.g., scratches, dents)
- Modifications not approved by the manufacturer
- Improper assembly or installation
- Damage caused by third-party accessories
- Shipping damage (unless reported within 7 days of receipt)
How to File a Warranty Claim

Submit a Claim: If you believe your product is defective, please contact us at info@ewheelhub.com with the following:
- Proof of purchase
- Photos or videos of the damaged item

Inspection: A representative will evaluate your claim and, if necessary, coordinate the return or replacement of the item. In some cases, a simple fix may be suggested.

Shipping Damage Claims: If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos or video of the damage.
Important Notes
- Chargebacks: If a chargeback is filed for a purchase and the product is still in the customer’s possession, the warranty will be void until the chargeback is resolved.
- Credit Card Processing: We reserve the right to decline warranty claims if a chargeback is in process.
