1. Free Shipping Guidelines
We offer free shipping on all e-scooter and e-bike orders within the contiguous United States. Please note that we do not ship to Puerto Rico, Guam, Alaska, or Hawaii. Our deliveries are primarily fulfilled by FedEx Ground shipping and are subject to the operations of our partnered delivery companies. Currently, we are unable to ship directly to PO Boxes or APO addresses.
2. Delivery Scheduling
Orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days. Once your shipment is picked up by FedEx Ground, we will provide you with the shipment information and tracking number. Delivery times to your provided address generally take 2-6 business days. All delivery dates are estimated and may vary based on the destination.
3. Order Tracking
To monitor the status of your order, please sign up for an account on our website. This will allow you to retain information about your current and previous orders and receive direct updates about your shipments and tracking status. Once you receive your tracking number, you can input it on our site to follow the delivery status.
